WATER: Our, primary product is the Linear Kinetic Cell (LKC) that operates by electromagnetic energy. When installed in water intake lines, it eliminates existing hard water scale and prevents further scale build up in pipes, boiler, cooling towers and heat exchangers. You will notice acidic chemical use is not required.
OIL WELLS: When the Linear Kinetic Cell is used on the wellhead, it reconfigures the paraffin clogging the oil flow and holds it in suspension. This in turn allows the oil to flow freely, reducing pigging necessity, chemical use, as well as increasing product value.

The History of Ener-Tec, Inc.
Ener-Tec, Inc. was incorporated in 1978 by Larry Shroyer, the president, after several years of experience in the non-chemical water treatment business as a representative for a company which manufactured an electrostatic type system. His territory was northern Indiana and southern Michigan. The equipment required continuous maintenance and therefore had to be installed on a rental/service agreement requiring a monthly service call.
Problems with existing equipment prompted vast equipment and engineering to develop a system that was non-restricting and did not require monthly cleaning.
Solution:
The answer was the LKC System, an electromagnetic induction coil system eliminating interior and probes, offering a virtually maintenance free system at a competitive price.
Testing of new design
I had contacts who allowed me to install prototypes in problem areas with plants.
Twenty four months of continuous in plant testing was conducted on actual equipment as an effort to determine the feasibility of the induction coil technology. Every application was a success outperforming a previous non-chemical water treatment devices. Patents were applied for and issued, with revisions and new patents are still being issued to Ener-Tec, Inc. on a continuous basis. A dream became a reality.
Here we are 7,500 plus LKC Systems later.

The Linear Kinetic Cell (LKC) works by electromagnetic energy and changes the molecular structure of water molecules, calcium, magnesium etc., causing them to polarize into a positive and negative charge. This causes them to chain up which prevents scale from forming onto the boiler, piping, cooling tower, heat exchanger etc. because all the scale-forming molecules are held in suspension.
